Following the acquisition of his business process outsourcing firm, Keane Worldzen, Sandeep was appointed to executive vice president and member of the leadership team of Keane, Inc., a billion-dollar-plus IT services firm headquartered in Boston. Prior to leading the launch of Worldzen, Sandeep was a partner for Bricker & Associates. He also was a management consultant with Coopers & Lybrand, where he planned and executed consulting projects for large consumer products companies.

Sandeep earned his Bachelor of Technology in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and he earned an MBA in marketing and technology strategy from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Prior to Provana, Karen was on the 10-person leadership council of Keane, Inc., where she managed over $300 million in services. Before joining Sandeep to build Worldzen, Karen was a partner at Bricker & Associates, a Chicago-based operations consulting group. She also served as vice president of the U.S. Corporate Banking Group of Bank of America and as the vice president and manager of agency and investor services for Continental Bank, based in Chicago.

Karen earned a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, and she earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois.
