We have been with Provana Health for over 4 years now and have seen collections rise and payments processed sooner and therefore received sooner, improving our cash flow. They helped us install credit card processing to improve ...collections in our office for copays and deductibles, which the patients like. Their staff corrects small mistakes on our part and the minor billing issues are quickly resolved. Communication has been very good with quick responses to emails and phone calls. Charges are entered quickly and accurately. They have been very helpful in credentialing with insurance plans.
